Graduation Day is a mystery thriller about a string of grisly murders that follows the death of a high school track star, Laura Ramstead (Ruth Ann Llorens). The deranged killer wears nothing but a sweatsuit and a fencing mask and is very apt at finding out-of-the-ordinary ways to prey on his victims. Possible suspects include Principle Guglione (Michael Pataki), varsity coach George Michaels (Christopher George), and Larua's significant other, Kevin Badger (E. Danny Murphy). The Killer keeps a track and field team photo in one of the school lockers and uses a pen to cross out the faces of those students he has slain. The authorities are in a race against time to get to the bottom of this case and catch the culprit before he is able to strike again. This film personifies many motifs of the 1980's, including disco dancing musical numbers, roller skating, hair metal, and KISS style face paint.
