Graveyard of Horror is a Spanish horror film released in 1971 and directed by Miguel Madrid. It was also marketed under the titles The Butcher of Binbrook and Necrophagus. As the film opens, Lord Michael Sherrington (Bill Curran) returns home to his family's castle after learning that his wife Elizabeth (Ines Morales) died in childbirth. He soon discovers that his brother Robert is missing as well, and that Dr. Lexter (Frank Bra''a), a brilliant but evil scientist is blackmailing his family and slowly bleeding him dry. Dr. Lexter has been having an affair with Robert's wife Anne ( Catherine Ellison) for some time and was once Robert's business partner. Together they were researching the transformation of human cells. Lexter and Dr. Fowels (Victor Israel) are using the family's money to hide a dangerous secret: there is a monster living in the peat moss bogs near the castle. They pay the local gravedigger to dump corpses into the peat moss and feed the monster. Elizabeth's three sisters come to mourn their sister's death and fall in love with Michael. Michael is left to solve the mystery and discover how all the disconcerting elements of his reality are linked before its too late.moreless
