Grayson Arms, also known as Lethal Eviction, is a 2005 American film directed by Michael Feifer and starring Judd Nelson, Jennifer Carpenter, and Stacey Dash. When Amanda Winters (Dash) buys an old apartment building called the Grayson Arms, little does she suspect the dangers that lurk inside. The building happens to be full of tenants enjoying their rent-controlled apartments, with no desire to move. Winters, however, has plans for the building that involve forcing the tenants out. A series of gruesome murders begin happening throughout the building, and Winters is the prime suspect. While she may have made grand plans for the building, would she go so far as to murder her own tenants? As the murders are investigated, it turns out that each and every one of the tenants hides a dark secret that might give them motive to kill. Also starring Michael Bowen, James Avery, Michael Learned, and Andy Martinez Jr., Grayson Arms was poorly received by critics.
