Greyfriars Bobby is an adaptation of a true story that tells the poignant tale of a Skye terrier named Bobby who becomes heartbroken after the death of his owner, refusing to leave the man's side even after he's deceased. Bobby wins the heart of the neighborhood as he sleeps atop his owner's grave at the Greyfriars church cemetery. Neither the church's gardener (Donald Crisp) nor the café owner (Laurence Naismith) can make the little guy budge.
