Movie Summary

Guess Who is a comedy film that centers around a jealous father and his plan to break up his daughter and her boyfriend. Theresa Jones (Zoe Saldana) is a young, successful black woman who decides to bring her white boyfriend, Simon Brown (Ashton Kutcher) to her parents' 25th wedding anniversary celebration. Theresa tells her father, bank loan officer Percy (Bernie Mac), that she will be bringing Simon home with her. Percy does a background check on him and finds that he has a clean history so he is pleased to be meeting him. However, his happiness is short lived when Theresa brings Simon home and Percy sees that he is white. Once his shock wears off, Percy begins interrogating Simon, asking him about everything from his family history to his favorite sports. In an attempt to impress his perspective father-in-law, Simon makes up a lie that he was a NASCAR driver. The lies continue to pile up, and a series of hilarious events ensue.
