Though Seth knows he is innocent, he has him lynched as revenge for siding with the local ranchers against him. Now Kip (Buster Crabbe), hardened gunfighter and brother of the deceased, is out for revenge against the villainous Seth and the men who murdered his kin. His mission to clear his brother's name is side tracked when Kip meets Alice (Judith Ames), the daughter of Seth and former fianc''e of Kip's late brother. The two soon fall in love despite their complicated backgrounds. Now Kip has to choose between seeking vengeance and falling in love. Arthur Space and Eugena Paul also star in this tale of revenge and romance in the old American West.
