Guns of the Law is a western focusing on a family fighting to keep their land. Lillian Wilkins (Jennifer Holt) lives with her uncle, Jed (Budd Buster). Their plot of land, however, is directly in the path of a planned oil pipeline. Dan Tyndall (Robert Barron) and his fellow henchmen know this, and they sense an opportunity to make a profit. They plan to snatch the land from Lillian and Jed Wilkins. They employ a corrupt surveyor and have the land reclassified, which would legally force the Wilkins off their ranch. Lillian and Jed try to turn to their lawyer, Kendall Lowther (Charles King), but he betrays them. Lowther is actually the mastermind behind these plot. Just when Lillian and Jed think they have no where else to turn, the Texas Rangers Tex Wyatt (Dave O'Brien) and Jim Steele (James Newill) arrive. The two lawmen side with ranchers and confront Lowther and his gang.
