Hail Mafia, also known as Je vous salue, mafia!, is a 1965 black-and-white crime drama directed by Raoul Levy. The film focuses on two mafia hitmen, Phil (Jack Klugman) and Schaft (Henry Silva), who have just been given a new assignment. Their new hit is a man named Rudy (Eddie Constantine), a former member of their mob. The two hitmen must travel to Rudy's destination in order to set up the kill. In the meantime, the two men have a few hours to get to know each other. One of the men is very uptight and needs to plan every detail of everything he does. The other hitman is very relaxed and laid back. Phil is having a hard time preparing for the hit. Rudy was once a very good friend to him, and he is torn between his orders from the boss and his loyalty to his dear old friend.
