Half Past Dead is an action thriller starring Steven Seagal and Ja Rule. Sasha Petrosevitch (Steven Seagal) and Nick Frazier are high-ranking criminals wanted by the FBI for several charges. In an ugly shoot out with the FBI, Steven is severely wounded and Nick kills a cop. The FBI seize control over Steven and Nick, and they are placed in the newly re-opened Alcatraz. There, they meet a man who stole 200 million dollars worth of gold. He awaits his death sentence and asks Steven what it is like to be shot, since Steven was nearly killed during the FBI shoot out. Just before the man is executed, a band of crooks invade the prison, demanding this man reveals where he has hidden the 200 million dollars. In the midst of the chaos, inmates are let loose, and Steven and Nick lead the way to freedom. Half Past Dead is a movie you don't want to miss!
