Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers is a 1988 horror movie directed by Dwight H. Little. The masked serial killer Michael Myers (George P. Wilbur) is back in this fifth installment to the wildly popular Halloween series. Ever since he failed to kill his sister, Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), ten years ago, Michael has been in a deep coma in the Ridgemont Sanitarium. He suddenly awakens while an ambulance is transporting him to a new mental facility and learns that he has a young niece, named Jamie (Danielle Harris), living in Haddonfield now. Michael escapes from the ambulance and arrives in Haddonfield on Halloween night to kill his unsuspecting niece, who is out trick-or-treating with her teenage step-sister, Rachel (Ellie Cornell). The only person standing in the way of Michael's next kill is Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) and Sheriff Ben Meeker (Beau Starr), but will they be able to stop the carnage?
