Harry In Your Pocket is a 1973 drama about a professional pickpocket who takes on some young apprentices and teaches them the ropes of professional crime. Harry (James Coburn) and Casey (Walter Pidgeon) are a pair of cocaine using thieves who steal and lie to support their habits. They take novices Ray Haulihan (Michael Sarrazin) and Sandy Coletto (Trish Van Devere) under their wings, as the young people have nowhere to go and no one to depend on. Their thievery forces them to stay on the run, so they travel from Seattle and Victoria down to Salt Lake City. The young criminals have some tricks of their own that they in turn teach to their elders. Sandy, in particular, knows how to use her wiles to con men out of their savings. They decide to work a well-trafficked horse show in Utah, but as they do, Sandy's charms have had more of an effect than she expected. Ray and Harry end up in a conflict over her, and the conflict may expose them all.moreless
