Heatseeker is a movie featuring a basic plot, a cute lady in distress, and cyborg fighting. The main character, Chance O'Brien (Keith H. Cooke) is a human martial arts expert. His girlfriend (Tina Cote) is kidnapped by a ruthless corporation hell-bent on promoting their cyborg fighting tournament. In order for their tournament to be "entertaining proof" of cyborg prominence in martial arts, they need human fighters to enter. Using evil tactics, they try to make sure that they will have the entries they want, including Chance. The main character for the side of evil is Xao (Gary Daniels) who appears to be more of a puppet than an evil villain. Chance's girlfriend is turned into a cyborg for the corporation's use for the corporation's twisted pleasure. Then then "set free" in the hope that she will seduce Xao into fighting, because he needs a reason to fight for the corporation.moreless
