Hellraiser VI: Hellseeker brings back Pinhead (Doug Bradley) and his evil minions, the Cenobites, for the sixth in the series of Hellraiser films. Kirsty Cotton (Ashley Laurence) returns from the first three films and is now married to Trevor Gooden (Dean Winters). The two are in a car crash and Kristy is apparently killed, although her body is not found. Trevor recovers in the hospital but is still delusional and suffers from hallucinations. Trevor's day goes from bad to worse when the police rule the crash a homicide and finger Trevor as the main suspect. With his grasp on reality steadily deteriorating, Trevor is visited by Pinhead, who shows him the truth behind his hallucinations. It turns out that he was not such a good guy after all and had cheated on Kristy with five other women. It also appears that Kristy is still alive, only this time she is playing on Pinhead's team and is after one thing -- revenge on her cheating husband.moreless

    The Seattle Times

A not-bad entry in the Pinhead series Clive Barker started. [29 Oct 2002, p.E1]

    TV Guide Magazine Maitland McDonagh

Fans of the series may be disappointed to see so little of Barker's sadistic Cenobites, but while they're used sparingly, they're used to good effect.

    Film Threat

Another unworthy follow-up to the modestly scary and well-crafted, Clive Barker-directed Hellraiser from 1987. Therefore with Hellrasier 6, lots of confusion and silly slasher joke...
