Hell's Gate is a 2002 horror movie directed by John Hough based on the novel Bad Karma by Andrew Harper. Agnes Hatcher (Patsy Kensit) is a beautiful, deranged mental patient with a handsome psychiatrist, Dr. Trey Campbell (Patrick Muldoon). Agnes thinks that she used to be the lover and helpmate of Jack the Ripper, the notorious 19th century serial killer who used to disembowel prostitutes. She begins to imagine that Dr. Campbell is actually the reincarnation of Jack the Ripper, and she wants to be his mate once more. The only problem is that the doctor has a wife, Carly (Amy Locane), and a young daughter, Teresa (Aimee O'Sullivan). When Dr. Campbell heads off on a vacation with his family, Agnes breaks free from the mental institution and goes on a bloody rampage to make him her own. With nude scenes, gore, and plenty of violence, Hell's Gate is an campy psychological thrill ride.
