The film shows the dramatic and sometimes shocking films that have been shown in schools all across America throughout the years that have been a large part of driver's eduction by graphically showing what can happen if traffic laws are not obeyed. Some of the short educational films covered in this documentary are: Signal 30, Highways of Agony, and, Options to Live. This documentary also answers questions about the origin of the highway safety films, such as why these films have been shown to kids in school, and who is responsible for making them.
