Hell's Kitchen is a dramatic movie about a woman and three men who are in a drug deal in New York City that goes bad. The drug deal leaves one man dead and another, Johnny (Mekhi Phifer), sentenced to prison for a crime he didn't commit. Gloria (Angelina Jolie), who was once Johnny's girlfriend, begins a relationship with Patty (Johnny Whitworth), the third male involved in the drug deal upon Johnny being sent to prison. Once Johnny gets released five years later from prison, Gloria, who still believes Johnny was the one who killed her brother during the deal, asks Patty to kill him. Patty, knowing that Johnny was not the person responsible for Gloria's brother's death has a difficult time killing Johnny and chooses not to. Meanwhile, Johnny is trying to get his life back together and begins training as a boxer. Hell's Kitchen is a dark movie about the realities of how even the people close to you can turn on you when circumstances change.
