Hermie & Friends: Stanley the Stinkbug Goes to Camp is a children's animated Christian movie based on the book series created by Max Lucado. Stanley the Stinkbug (Judge Reinhold) is a new camper at Camp Bug-a-Boo this summer. The other bugs, including Hermie the Caterpillar (Tim Conway), Wormie the Caterpillar (Don Knotts), and Lucy the Ladybug (Melissa Disney), try to get along with Stanley; however, his awful odor creates a lot of problems around the camp, and the bugs do not know what they should do. In the end, God must intervene to explain to the campers the real reason that Stanley is so stinky. Children ages four through ten are sure to love this heartwarming tale and its brightly colored animations. The film teaches them to respect everybody's special differences, to befriend those in need, and to trust in God's love to lead them down the right path in life.
