Hobbs End is a horror drama directed by Philip Segal in 2002. The film depicts the thrilling story of a young and beautiful widow, Lacey Cole (Catharina Conti), who lives in isolation and loneliness in her cabin in the woods of the American Northwest. She encounters the charismatic and attractive Michael Bodine (Brennan Elliott), a man with a personality very similar to that of her deceased husband. Her warm feelings and trust towards him are leading her to accept him into her life and open her soul to this stranger. Soon, however, the romance ends as she discovers that this man is actually a serial killer and a demented genius with awkward psychotic powers that he does not hesitate to apply in practice. That is when her life turns into hell. She starts an intense struggle for her life, employing her natural intuition, survival skills and creativity against this crazy evil mind.
