Honeymoon Limited is the story of a writer, Dick Gordon (Neil Hamilton), who makes a bet with his publisher that he can write a romantic adventure story based on his own travels across the US. Dick embarks on a journey to walk from New York City to San Francisco. In California, toward the end of his journey, Dick seeks solace from a storm in a remote cabin that seems deserted. Dick finds that the isolated cabin is actually inhabited by three runaways who are, unknown to Dick, related to his publisher. Judy Randall (Irene Hervey) and her two sisters, Jill (June Filmer) and Jack (Joy Filmer), are hiding in the cabin. Dick finds more adventure than he bargained for when the cabin's owner and his gangster thugs come back to the cabin to find the stolen loot they've hidden there. Dick is able gather enough material to pen a best-seller, that is, if he makes it out of the situation alive.moreless
