Horror Hotel is a creepy thriller based on a story by Milton Subotsky about a coven of witches in a small, New England town. In 1962, Elizabeth Selwyn (Patricia Jessel) was found guilty of witchcraft and sentenced to burn at the stake. Jethrow Keane (Valentine Dyall), Elizabeth's partner, appealed to Lucifer to save the witch. From that day forward, the residents of Whitewood, Massachusetts considered their town cursed by the devil. Nan Barlow (Venetia Stevenson) is a modern-day University student with an interest in witchcraft. Her professor, Dr. Alan Driscol (Christopher Lee), suggests they take a trip to Whitewood to research the town's curse. She travels to the secluded town, where she takes a room at the Raven's Inn, run by a mysterious host. Elizabeth soon finds herself fighting for her life as her research uncovers the deadly truth behind the owner of the Raven's Inn and Dr. Driscol's true motive behind the trip.moreless
