Hot Girls, Fine Babes is a documentary about custom automobiles. The film was directed by Daniel Garcia, and it was filmed in 2001 for release in 2003. The film goes into American race and show circuts to examine modern, classic and antique automobiles with unique paint jobs, hydraulics and other customizations. Helaina Gibson hosts the tour of Southern California cars, giving an introduction to each clip before it airs. Gibson and her cameras scour the coast looking for the hottest imports, customized cars, trucks and more. The film features music from many up-and-coming rock and R&B artists including: Madman, Midnight to Twelve, Ryze, Blotted Facez, Xile, Circular Science, Juliann Miranda and Err. The film has feature segments about racing, car hopping and more. It shows how imports are customized, how NOS is installed and other street racing specializations. The film also looks for fine babes enjoying the bikini scenery of California's beaches.
