Hot Shots! Part Deux is a parody of Rambo starring Charlie Sheen as the rescuer of Iraqi war prisoners. Topper Harley (Charlie Sheen) has left his life in the Navy for a serene retirement in a small Buddhist village, but his peaceful existence is about to change. Colonel Walters (Richard Crenna) and Michelle Huddleston (Brenda Bakke) from the CIA soon arrive to inform Topper that a team has failed in its mission to rescue hostages in Saddam Hussein's (Jerry Haleva) palace and now must be rescued themselves. Topper reluctantly agrees to the mission and is thrown into an Iraqi jungle, where he meets his contact, an ex-girlfriend called Ramada (Valeria Golino). The love is rekindled, but Topper soon finds out that Ramada's husband is one of the captives. He must now proceed against impossible odds and make some tough choices along the way. Not only that, a saboteur may be in their midst, making Topper's plan of a rescue mission nearly impossible.
