How to Lose A Guy In 10 Days is the story of Andie (Kate Hudson), a writer at a woman's magazine and is fed up with the unimportant things her boss makes her write about. Her boss comes up with the idea of writing an article on how to get a guy to dump you, and Andie agrees to write it if she is allowed to write what she wants to write. Ben (Matthew McConaughey) works in advertising and doesnt think he can handle a diamond client, but girls at his bet that if he can get a girl to fall in love with him in 10 days, he knows enough about women to handle the account.
