Howie Mandel's First HBO Special is a 1983 stand-up comedy performance featuring actor/comedian Howie Mandel. After rising to fame on the 1980s television series "St. Elsewhere," Howie Mandel has since gained popularity as the host of the game show "Deal Or No Deal" and the judge of "America's Got Talent." In this live performance at a dinner theater in Toronto, Canada, a 28-year-old Mandel shows off his trademark goofy humor. He discusses hilarious things that he has dealt with during his travels around the world, such as surviving mishaps at the airport and understanding different accents. He also makes jokes about shopping, funny habits that people have, living in Los Angeles, and many other miscellaneous topics. Throughout his routine, he interacts with and talks to the audience, while also using very strange props to get some laughs. All fans of Howie Mandel and eccentric humor in general can't afford to miss Howie Mandel's First HBO Special.
