Movie Summary

Director:
William Dear
Released:
1991
Rating:
PG-13
If Looks Could Kill is a 1991 action-comedy that spoofs the James Bond films. Michael Corben (Richard Grieco) is an 18-year-old high school student. Instead of attending classes, Michael spends his time getting drunk and partying. Eventually Michael's partying catches up with him and he is informed that he will not graduate if he doesn't make up a missing French language credit. He has only one more chance to obtain the credit: the French teacher, Mrs. Grober (Robin Bartlett), and the French Club are headed to France for summer school, and Michael must accompany them if he wants to graduate with the rest of his class next summer. At the airport with the French club, Michael is mistaken for a CIA agent. He is inexplicably boarded first class on his flight to Paris, and upon arrival is whisked away by British Intelligence. Michael agrees to work undercover as a spy and gets a chance to live out all of his James Bond fantasies.moreless
