If Lucy Fell is a 1996 romantic drama written and directed by independent filmmaker Eric Schaeffer. The movie is about a young New York therapist, Lucy (Sarah Jessica Parker) and her Manhattan roommate, Joe MacGonaughill (Eric Schaeffer), who are on the verge of making good on an age-old death pact. Almost thirty years old, Lucy's love life is in turmoil. Stressed over the fact that she may never find true romance, Lucy revisits the pact that she and Joe made in college, which is to jump off the Brooklyn Bridge if they don't find romance before they reach the age of 30. Lucy ends up meeting Bwick Elias (Ben Stiller), an artist, who has a thing for painting his own body. Joe finally gets up enough nerve to ask out his neighbour, Jane. Now that they are both in potentially promising relationships, Lucy and Joe both wonder if things don't work out, will they have nerve to go through with the pact.
