He is a small-time drug dealer and chronic thief. The two brothers have not had any contact since Will left London. Frank Turner (Ken Stott) is the new crime boss in London and he is a major part of the reason Will cannot come back to London. Boad (Malcolm McDowell) is a sleazy car dealer who runs a criminal enterprise on the side. All of these men's lives intertwine when Davey dies under mysterious circumstances.
