At the advice of Professor Oxley, Indiana Jones heads to Peru, along with a young friend, Mutt. The fate of the West is staked upon Jones’ successful delivery of a legendary skull of quartz to its origin. The Soviets, led by the stunning and intelligent Irina Spalko, are tailing Jones, however, and have a very different use for the skull in mind.
