Inspectors 2: A Shred of Evidence tells the story of United States Postal Inspectors Alex Urbina (Jonathan Silverman) and Frank Hughes (Louis Gossett Jr.), returning in this sequel based on true stories. Con man Joe (Michael Madsen, Reservoir Dogs) is involved in identity theft and stealing his marks' credit card offers out of the mail and maxing them out, careful to always pay the minimum balances in order to avoid detection while running up many different victims' cards in this fashion. As Urbina and Hughes investigate this swindler they soon find out he is stealing more than just their identities and they discover that murder is also part of Joe's modus operandi. Can the postal inspectors capture their man before he kills again? This police drama featuring a little known law enforcement agency will keep you on the edge of your seat. This film was directed by Brad Turner and is also co- starring Greg Thirloway and Samantha Ferris.
