It Takes Two is a 1988 American film directed by David Beaird and starring George Newbern, Leslie Hope, Kimberly Foster, Barry Corbin, and Anthony Geary. Travis Rogers (Newbern) is about to marry Stephanie (Hope), but is having second thoughts. To calm his nerves, he decides to buy a car, but is convinced by the sultry saleswoman Jonni (Foster) to buy an over-the-top sports car. The car turns out to be total dud, and so Travis and Jonni go on a mission to find the dealer and get his money back. Stephanie, meanwhile, is beginning to feel abandoned and betrayed. Her fianc'e is nowhere in sight while the final preparations are made for their wedding. As the guests fill in the church, Stephanie begins having second thoughts of her own. Will Travis make it to the church on time? Will Travis be won over by the sultry saleswoman?
