It's a Bikini World is a 1967 musical comedy directed by Stephanie Rothman. The film is set on a fun-loving beach, typical of the beach party genre, and features surfer and ladies' man, Mike Samson (Tommy Kirk). Mike is used to getting any girl that he wants, and becomes immediately frustrated when he fails to get the attention of the pro-feminist Delilah Dawes (Deborah Walley). Deborah is put off by his chauvinistic and egotistical ways and easily rejects his advancements. Undeterred, Mike devises a plan to dress up as his fictional and nerdy brother "Herbert" in an attempt to prove that he can in fact win the heart of any girl. Mike gradually becomes entrenched in his own lies, but at the same time, he finds that he is falling in love with Delilah.
