Jack Frost 2: The Revenge of the Mutant Killer Snowman is a 2000 fantasy comedy horror directed by Michael Cooney. In the film, a small town was terrorized last Christmas by a mutant killer snowman, also known as Jack Frost, who went on a killing rampage. He was eventually contained by authorities, but not before shedding blood and carnage through the small town. The town sheriff, Sam Tiler (Christopher Allport), was injured when Jack Frost attacked, but was able to survive and help catch the killer snowman. Sam is still reeling from the attack and his wife, Anne (Eileen Seeley), and his doctor (Ian Abercrombie) both warn the police officer that he must take it easy, and they suggest a vacation is in order. Despite his reluctance, Anne finally persuades Sam to join her on a tropical vacation. However, when a series of unfortunate events occur at the government facility storing Jack Frost's body, it seems no one is safe.
