Jim Breuer: Heavy Metal Comedy is a recording of a stand-up comedy set performed by Jim Breuer in front of a standing room only crowd at the Irving Plaza in New York City on December 9th, 2002. The video, released in 2002, was produced by Adam Dublin and also includes a 50-minute documentary. The comedian is accompanied onstage by a four-piece rock band as he performs all his famous comedy bits: AC/DC, I Love Baseball, My Wife's Pregnancy, Languages, I Hate Goats, The Wizard, Coming Home at 4 a.m., Hand Impressions and The Party. During AC/DC, Breuer sings the classic children's song "If You're Happy and You Know It" while taking on the voice and actions of AC/DC's Brian Johnson. The documentary contains footage chronicling a year in the life of Breuer as he travels from city to city with his show, and the comedian explains why he left NBC's Saturday Night Live.
