They do, however, discover that Pascal Sauvage (John Malkovich), a French prisoner, has set in motion a plot to steal the Crown Jewels and have himself instated as King. Johnny English reports this to his superior, Pegasus (Tim Pigott-Smith), but his claims are scoffed at. English and Bough have no choice but to bring Sauvage to justice themselves.
