Just The Two of Us is a vintage film that tells the story of Denise (Elizabath Plumb), and Adria (Alisa Courtney), a pair of housewives that realize their attraction for each other after witnessing a lesbian couple holding hands at a restaurant. Both women are excited and scared of their feeling towards each other. Over time they grow close through the absence of their work obsessed husbands, and their friendship turns to love. Everything is perfect untill Adria falls for the handsome Jim (John Aprea) and Denise is left to deal on her own, until the beautiful, and cunning Mona (Elizabeth Knowles) enters the picture. Devastated over the loss of Adria, Denise sets out to prove that she truly is a lesbian with the company of Mona. Just The Two of Us, directed by Jacque Deerson, and Barbara Peeters offers lesbianism exploration in tastefully filmed love scenes long before its time.
