Juwanna Mann is a 2002 comedy starring Kevin Pollack, Vivica A. Fox, Tommy Davidson, and Miguel A. Nunez Jr. as troubled basketball star Jamal Jeffries. Jeffries is known as the bad-boy of basketball and is indefinitely suspended by the league after stripping naked in reaction to being ejected from a game. Out of options, Jeffries decides to dress up as a woman and join the Charlotte Banshees women's basketball team as Juwanna Mann. On the Banshees Jeffries/Mann becomes a more well-rounded person and player. He leads the Banshees to the playoffs, begins to fall in love with his teammate Michelle (Fox), and everything is going great until Jeffries slam dunks a ball, shattering the backboard. In the process of his celebration his wig comes off and everyone finds out he is actually a man and not just a woman named Mann. Despite all of this, Jeffries is reinstated in the UBA thanks to the kind words of his former teammates.
