Keith is a romantic drama, directed by Todd Kessler, that depicts the life adventures of a high school senior. Natalie (Elisabeth Harnois) is editor of her school's yearbook, well-regarded for her athletic ability, maintains good grades and is popular with the other students. Secure in the knowledge that she already has a college scholarship lined up, Natalie can't wait for the next stage of her life to begin. That all changes when she is assigned to be lab partners with Keith (Jesse McCartney), a young man that she doesn't know very well. Through their time together in class, as well as on a series of "non-dates," Natalie begins to develop feelings for Keith. Keith, however, is hiding a secret; his life is far from the perfect world that Natalie lives in.
