Kemper is a suspense thriller about a detective that relies on a strange resident to solve a series of murders in a small town. With murder on the rise in his small town and each death following a similar pattern, detective Tom Harris (Christopher Stapleton) is looking for every possible outlet he can to help solve the case of an apparent serial killer. He finds it in Ed Kemper (Robert Sisko), a quiet genius in his forties who lives with his mother, and seems to have a knack for criminology. Harris enlists the enigmatic Kemper's help, and his expertise leads to a number of breakthroughs in the case. But as Harris investigates and more is revealed, he begins to suspect that his loyal assistant may be responsible for the deaths himself. Rick Bitzelberger directs this eerie fictional tale based on the life of the real life serial killer of the same name.moreless
