Kickboxer Two is the sequel to the Kickboxer movie. It was released on June 14, 1991 and was directed by Albert Pyun. Kickboxer Two follows the story of former kickboxer David Sloan (Sasha Mitchell), the last surviving member of the Sloan family. David was having financial difficulties keeping his family's kickboxing gym open. With no other options, he was forced into fighting again, this time for a crooked promoter (Peter Boyle). Tong Po (Michel Qissii), the man who killed David's brother, learned of David's return into kickboxing, so he hired a group of men to burn down David's gym. David is badly injured in the fire and is hospitalized. While in the hospital, he is nursed back to health by Xian Chow (Dennis Chan), his brother Kurt's former trainer. When David gets better, he must decide if he should let the situation be, or if he should get revenge on Tong Po by fighting him one last time.
