Kickboxer 3: The Art of War is the second sequel to the popular 1989 Jean Claude Van Damme martial arts action vehicle. While in Rio for a kick boxing exhibition, America's champion David Sloan (Sasha Mitchell, Step by Step, Dallas, reprising his former role) is forced to both train to fight a brutal, nasty and tough as nails opponent and also assist a boy in helping free his sister and many other young girls as well from the clutches of sleazy bad guys, who are selling them to the usual slimy bidders you see in films like this. With the help of his mentor and trainer Xian (Long de xin), David attempts to stop the villains but soon finds that while it may be easy to plan out on how you're going to free the hostages and beat up the bad guys, the execution of such will be anything but...
