Kickin' It Old Skool is a comedy film released in 2007. The film centers around Justin Schumacker (Jamie Kennedy), a hip hop break dancer. At 12 years old, Justin is in a talent show with his dance group The Funky Fresh Boyz. In order to impress his crush Jen (Maria Menounos), Justin attempts to perform a dangerous move and ends up flipping off the stage, landing him in a coma. 20 years later, Justin wakes up out of his coma as a grown man. He learns that his parents are in debt due to his medical bills and that Jen is engaged to his former rival Kip (Michael Rosenbaum). In order to impress Jen, Justin decides to find his former dance group members and bring back The Funky Fresh Boyz. When Justin finds out that Kip will be holding a dance competition, The Funky Fresh Boyz begin to train hard, even enlisting the help of a homeless man.
