Kill Me Later tells the story of Shawn Holloway (Selma Blair), a depressed bank teller on the brink of suicide. With her life and relationship not going her way, Shawn is determined to commit suicide and tries to jump off the roof of the bank. While attempting to jump she is interrupted by Charlie Anders (Max Beesley), a fleeing bank robber who has just stolen a million dollars and is trying to flee to Venezuela. After taking Shawn hostage, the two make a pact: Shawn will help Charlie escape and in return he will kill her. However, Shawn and Charlie's plans don't work out the way they had expected. The couple's attempts at escaping turn into a series of mishaps and wild adventures. Having time to reflect while on the lam, Shawn begins to see there may be reasons to live after all, while Charlie starts to fall in love.
