Lady Death is a 2004 animated horror and action movie directed by Andy Orjuela. Hope (Christine M. Auten) is a beautiful young woman living in Sweden during the 1400s. The villagers view Hope with distrust, believing that she is the devil's personal escort. Hope's father, Matthias (Mike Kleinhenz), is a demon masquerading as a human mercenary. He offers to save Hope by bringing her with him to live in Hell after she is burned alive. However, Hope rejects her father's offer, wanting to stay true to her own beliefs and avoid any alliance with the forces of evil that inadvertently caused her death. In fury, Matthias casts his daughter out of Hell. Eager for revenge against Lucifer (Mike Kleinhenz), Hope turns to Cremator (Rob Bungle), a former slave of her father's. As her power grows, Hope becomes Lady Death, a force to be reckoned with. She sets out to destroy Lucifer's army and claim Hell for her own.
