Lake Consequence is a 1992 erotic American made for television movie directed by Rafael Eisenman and starring Joan Severance, Billy Zane, and May Karasun. When Irene's (Joan Severance) husband and son leave for the weekend to go on a fishing trip, she becomes bored and develops an interest in Billy (Zane), a gardener who recently trimmed a tree in her neighborhood. When Billy borrows her camper to go away for the weekend with his bisexual girlfriend Grace (Karasun), Irene becomes trapped inside and ends up at Lake Consequence. The three of them celebrate Chinese New Year together and Irene becomes seduced by Billy's charm and good looks. Irene's repressed sexual desires begin to surface, and when she becomes jealous of Grace, she starts a fire and flees the scene. Billy then chases after her and drives her home, where he comforts her and reminds her of the life that she's chosen. Billy then leaves and Irene prepares for her husband's return.moreless
