Latinos Locos is a stand-up comedy film that headlines four Latin American comedians live on stage in Bakersfield California. The film opens with comedians Carlos Oscar and Cain Lopez driving a convertible into a theater parking lot with Jill-Michele Melean and Luke Torrez in the back seat. Fans mob the vehicle, and they run into the theatre where Jill starts her stand-up act. The MadTV actress begins to give white parents in the audience some Latin tips on how to control their kids in the supermarket. Jill makes fun of the way Porto Ricans complain just before she gives the stage to Carlos, who gives the girls in the audience some Spanish lessons. The problem is his lessons are in Chicano, which no one understands. The late Cain Lopez takes the stage next, explaining to his audience why he thinks God is a Comedian. Luke Torrez finishes the show telling the audience that Texas cops like to shoot cans in their spare time, including Mexi-"cans", Porto Ri-"cans" and Afri-"cans."
