Legend of El Diablo is a zombie horror film from 2004, about a rural town that must defend itself when an age-old beast is unleashed upon it. When a small town sheriff finds an ancient box reputed to hold the spirit of a 16th century demon, he opens it, only to unleash a terror upon his town in the form of the demon Azar. A series of mysterious deaths occur, and FBI agent Gil Vega (Fred Estrada) comes to the town to investigate.The sheriff's two daughters, Dominique (Lindsey Lofaso) and Mary (Calvi Pabon) join the agent in a hair-raising attempt to understand what is causing the murders and, ultimately, defeat the beast or lose their lives in the attempt. What follows is a suspenseful tale, in which no one is safe. Written and directed by amateur filmmaker Robert Napton, Legend of Diablo will keep cult horror fans on the edge of their seats.moreless
