Les Misérables tells the story of broken dreams, unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption. Hugh Jackman stars as ex-prisoner Jean Valjean, on the run from ruthless policeman Javert (Russell Crowe) after he breaks his parole. When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantines (Anne Hathaway) young daughter, Cosette, their lives collide and are altered forever.
