Let's Get Harry is an action adventure movie that was directed by Stuart Rosenberg and Alan Smithee. It was produced in 1986 by Delphi V. Productions and TriStar Pictures. This movie is based upon Harry Burck Jr. (Mark Hamon) who is an American engineer recently assigned on loan to Columbia for an important project. He is taken hostage and held for ransom; as a result his brother Corey (Michael Schoeffling) and friend Jack (Gary Busey) decide they must rescue him. They form part of a team that is led by Norman Shrike (Robert Duvall) and go deep into the Columbian jungles to rescue both Harry and Ambassador Douglas (Bruce Gray) to Columbia. The suspense in this movie is riveting for one never knows whether or not Harry will survive. Will his rescuers be able to navigate the forest or will the perils of nature be too much for them to handle?
