Little Cigars is the story of Slick Bender (Billy Curtis) who runs a crime-ring with five pint-sized criminals that steal and burglarize to make their money. The small gang joins forces with Cleo (Angel Thompson), a woman who witnessed the murder of her gangster boyfriend and is on the lam from the assailants. The group acts as though they are members of a traveling circus as a cover for their illegal activities. When the gangster who killed Cleo's boyfriend shows up sniffing around for Cleo, two of the little criminals kill him. Cleo and Slick become romantically involved and steal all of their little chum's money and take off with it. Tiring of their life of crime, Slick and Cleo have second thoughts about stealing from their pals. One thing is certain, if they leave their life of crime or stay involved with the gang, they will always have each other.
