Little Shots of Happiness is a dramatic film directed by Todd Verow. In the film, Frances Collins (Bonnie Dickenson) wakes up one day to realize that after five years of marriage, she still is not happy. Determined to leave her husband, she takes off her wedding ring and places it on the counter and packs a suitcase full of clothes. Unsure of where to go, she heads to work as a phone operator for a collection agency. Her plan is to live out of her office without letting her co-workers know. After work, she changes her clothes, her name and her personality and heads to one of the various bars in Boston. She begins smoking and drinking heavily, which helps her devise a new personality every night. Each evening she attempts to pick up a different man, so she can go back to their house and spend the night. In a hurry one morning, she accidentally leaves her purse behind and the gentleman attempts to deliver it to her home. Things for Frances are about to spin out of control maybe before she can plot her next move.moreless
